Our Home Health department provides medical care 7 days a week for clients in the comfort of their own homes.

How to get on the list:
 

1. The family members bring the condition to the doctor's attention.
    

2. The doctor then has a consult with the client and will decide what type of support the person needs.
    

3. The doctor gives all the medical information to the coordinator and manager.
    

4. This is then discussed with the coordinator and manager then the person is added to the list.​
