It is becoming harder in healthcare worldwide to recruit new staff. Saba Cares is also experiencing this, so we are trying to improve our recruitment methods. 

Saba Cares has asked a group of HR students to think along with us. One of the possibilities they are looking into is introducing new functions, such as nurse practitioners. 

A nurse practitioner is a fairly new profession in healthcare that can be a good addition to the team as they can decrease the workload for nurses and doctors. 

The students have created a survey for you as patients to fill in and get more information on how you think about being treated and examined by a nurse practitioner.
